Pho (Vietnamese Noodle Soup)

Ingredients:

  • 6 cups beef or chicken broth
  • 1 cinnamon stick
  • 2 star anise
  • 1-inch ginger, sliced
  • 1 tbsp fish sauce
  • 200g rice noodles
  • 200g thinly sliced beef or chicken
  • Fresh herbs (cilantro, basil)
  • Lime wedges for garnish

Instructions:

  1. Simmer broth with cinnamon, star anise, and ginger for 30 minutes.
  2. Cook rice noodles separately.
  3. Strain broth and add fish sauce. Pour over noodles and meat.
  4. Garnish with fresh herbs and lime.
