Ingredients:
- 4 slices bacon, chopped
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 2 cups clams (canned or fresh), with juice
- 2 cups milk
- 2 cups heavy cream
- 1 tsp thyme
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Cook bacon in a pot until crispy. Remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion in bacon fat. Add potatoes, clam juice, milk, and cream.
- Simmer until potatoes are tender. Add clams and thyme. Serve with bacon on top.
