Ingredients:
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 1/4 cup soy sauce
- 2 tbsp rice vinegar
- 1 tsp chili paste
- 1/2 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 1/2 cup tofu, cubed
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tbsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
- Green onions for garnish
Instructions:
- Heat broth with soy sauce, vinegar, and chili paste.
- Add mushrooms and tofu. Simmer for 5 minutes.
- Stir in cornstarch mixture. Drizzle in beaten egg while stirring.
- Garnish with green onions.
