The Cheek Lifter

This exercise targets the cheek muscles to help combat sagging and create a more lifted appearance.

How to do it:

  1. Open your mouth and form an “O” shape with your lips.

  2. Fold your upper lip over your teeth.

  3. Smile to lift up the cheek muscles.

  4. Place your index fingers lightly on the top part of your cheek.

  5. Release the cheek muscles to lower them, then lift back up.

  6. Repeat 10 times.

Why it works: By strengthening the cheek muscles, this exercise can help create a more defined cheekbone area and reduce the appearance of nasolabial folds.
