The Eye Socket Stretch (3/8)

The Eye Socket Stretch

This exercise targets the delicate area around the eyes, helping to reduce crow’s feet and under-eye bags.

How to do it:

  1. Place your middle fingers together at the inner corner of your eyebrows.

  2. Apply light pressure and slide your fingers out along your eyebrows, then up around your eye socket.

  3. Stop at your temples and hold for a few seconds.

  4. Repeat 5 times.

Why it works: This exercise improves circulation around the eyes and can help reduce puffiness and fine lines.
