The Neck Toner

This exercise helps tighten the neck muscles and reduce the appearance of a double chin.

How to do it:

  1. Tilt your head back and look at the ceiling.

  2. Press your tongue firmly against the roof of your mouth.

  3. Swallow while keeping your tongue pressed up.

  4. Hold for 5-10 seconds.

  5. Repeat 5 times.

Why it works: This exercise strengthens the muscles under the chin and along the neck, creating a more toned appearance.
