Feeling tired all the time isn’t normal. Persistent fatigue and muscle weakness could indicate a vitamin D deficiency or an underlying thyroid issue. Try to get some sunlight exposure daily and include vitamin D-rich foods in your diet. If symptoms persist, it’s worth discussing with your doctor.
