Ingredients:
- 4 large onions, thinly sliced
- 4 tbsp butter
- 1 tbsp sugar
- 6 cups beef broth
- 1 cup white wine
- 4 slices of baguette
- 1 cup grated Gruyère cheese

Instructions:

- Add beef broth and wine; simmer for 30 minutes.
