Frequent headaches.

While occasional headaches are common, frequent or severe ones shouldn’t be ignored. They could indicate dehydration, eye strain, or even high blood pressure. Make sure you’re drinking enough water, take regular breaks from screens, and consider getting your blood pressure checked if headaches become a regular occurrence.
