1 teaspoon ground cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon ground cloves

15 oz pumpkin purée

3/4 cup vegetable oil

2/3 cup water
Instructions

Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Line two 8×4 inch loaf pans with parchment paper.

In a large bowl, whisk together all the dry ingredients.

In another bowl, beat the eggs, pumpkin purée, oil, and water until well combined.

Gently fold the wet ingredients into the dry mixture, stirring just until everything is moistened.

Divide the batter evenly between the prepared loaf pans.

Bake for 50-55 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted in the center comes out clean. Be careful not to overbake!
