How to Perform Mountain Climbers

  • Start in a high plank position with your hands directly under your shoulders.

  • Bring your right knee toward your chest, then quickly switch legs, bringing the left knee in and the right leg back.

  • Continue alternating legs in a running motion for 30-60 seconds.
