Neck Rotation

  • Start in a neutral position, facing forward.

  • Slowly rotate your head to the right, stopping when your chin is over your shoulder.

  • Hold for 5 seconds, then return to center.

  • Repeat on the left side.

  • Do 10 rotations on each side.
