Ingredients:
- 6 cups beef or chicken broth
- 1 cinnamon stick
- 2 star anise
- 1-inch ginger, sliced
- 1 tbsp fish sauce
- 200g rice noodles
- 200g thinly sliced beef or chicken
- Fresh herbs (cilantro, basil)
- Lime wedges for garnish
Instructions:
- Simmer broth with cinnamon, star anise, and ginger for 30 minutes.
- Cook rice noodles separately.
- Strain broth and add fish sauce. Pour over noodles and meat.
- Garnish with fresh herbs and lime.
