Ingredients:
- 2 tbsp butter
- 1 onion, chopped
- 4 cups pumpkin puree
- 3 cups chicken or vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup heavy cream
- 1 tsp ground nutmeg
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Sauté onion in butter until soft.
- Add pumpkin and broth; simmer for 15 minutes.
- Stir in cream and nutmeg. Blend until smooth. Season and serve.
