- 2 cups coconut milk
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tbsp red curry paste
- 1 chicken breast, thinly sliced
- 1 cup mushrooms, sliced
- 2 tbsp fish sauce
- 1 tbsp lime juice
- Fresh cilantro for garnish
Instructions:
