Ingredients:
- 1 tbsp butter
- 2 cups sweet corn kernels
- 4 cups vegetable broth
- 1/2 cup cream
- 1 tsp black pepper
- Salt to taste
Instructions:
- Sauté corn in butter.
- Add broth and simmer for 15 minutes.
- Blend the soup until smooth. Stir in cream and season.
