How to do it:

Open your mouth and form an “O” shape with your lips.

Fold your upper lip over your teeth.

Smile to lift up the cheek muscles.

Place your index fingers lightly on the top part of your cheek.

Release the cheek muscles to lower them, then lift back up.

Repeat 10 times.
