The Eyebrow Raiser

This exercise helps lift drooping eyebrows and smooth forehead wrinkles.

How to do it:

  1. Place your index fingers horizontally under each eyebrow.

  2. Push your eyebrows up gently.

  3. Try to frown, pushing your eyebrows down against your fingers.

  4. Hold for 5-10 seconds.

  5. Repeat 5 times.

Why it works: This exercise strengthens the muscles that support your eyebrows, potentially creating a more lifted appearance.
