The Forehead Smoother

This exercise targets horizontal forehead lines and can help smooth the brow area.

How to do it:

  1. Place both hands on your forehead, fingers facing inwards and spread across your forehead.

  2. Gently sweep your fingers outwards across your forehead, applying light pressure.

  3. Relax and repeat 10 times.

Why it works: This exercise helps relax the frontalis muscle, which can reduce the appearance of forehead wrinkles over time.
