The Jowl Reducer

This exercise targets sagging jowls and helps define the jawline.

How to do it:

  1. Turn your head to the left so your chin is parallel with your left shoulder.

  2. Jut out your lower jaw and hold for 5-10 seconds.

  3. Return to the center and repeat on the right side.

  4. Do this 5 times on each side.

Why it works: By working the muscles along the jawline, this exercise can help tighten and tone the lower face area.
