The Lip Plumper

This exercise can help improve the appearance of the lips and the area around the mouth.

How to do it:

  1. Pucker your lips as if you’re about to kiss someone.

  2. Smile wide while keeping your lips pressed together.

  3. Repeat back and forth 10 times.

Why it works: This exercise strengthens the muscles around the mouth, potentially reducing fine lines and creating fuller-looking lips.
