The Smile Smoother

This exercise targets nasolabial folds (smile lines) and helps maintain a youthful smile.

How to do it:

  1. Hide your teeth with your lips.

  2. Smile wide while keeping your teeth hidden.

  3. Slowly wiggle your nose from side to side.

  4. Hold the smile for 5-10 seconds.

  5. Repeat 5 times.

Why it works: This exercise works the muscles around the mouth and cheeks, potentially softening smile lines over time.
