For the ultimate candy lover, create a basket that’s absolutely overflowing with treats. Layer the bottom with full-sized candy bars, then add Halloween-themed Oreos and everyone’s favorite Reese’s pumpkins. 

Sprinkle in some ghost Peeps and Halloween gummy bears for variety. Add some spooky-themed lollipops and a special candy corn mix for good measure. Top it all off with some monster-shaped cookies, and arrange everything on a bed of orange and black tissue paper to make the treats really stand out.
