Tongue Press

  • Sit or stand with your head in a neutral position.

  • Press your tongue firmly against the roof of your mouth.

  • Simultaneously, lower your chin to your chest without moving your back or shoulders.

  • Hold for 5 seconds, then relax.

  • Repeat 10 times.
