Ingredients:
- 1 lb Italian sausage
- 1 onion, diced
- 2 potatoes, diced
- 4 cups chicken broth
- 2 cups kale, chopped
- 1 cup heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Instructions:
- Brown sausage in a pot, then remove and set aside.
- Sauté onion, then add potatoes and broth. Simmer until potatoes are tender.
- Stir in kale, cream, and sausage. Simmer for 5 minutes. Serve hot.
